The product and service they provide is quick efficient and affordable, and is of an excellent quality. I have been able to eat whatever I want for years now. I have only ever had one tooth break out due to an extraordinary situation after over a year of wearing their product with zero concerns.

During the first year while my teeth were healing and my gums were shrinking I was able to go back as often as necessary to have my dentures adjusted to fit and repaired after I dropped my bottom teeth at no additional cost. That was a real benefit as I needed to return several times.

My office visit was the first visit & they had offered a free consultation & free X-rays! Both doctors that I spoke with were very professional & extremely helpful! They developed an individual plan with costs for the future work I need to have done. It seem to be a very busy office & there was a wait involved.
I've been a customer of this site of affordable dentures for several years now, and I truly recommend it for anyone experiencing needs involving tooth loss, extraction or need for dentures in general.
Busy office probably because of the aging population. Needed to wait awhile when I did not have a scheduled appointment, as expected.
To top that off the staff is really terrific. Everyone seems to remember me from my previous visits right off the star the front desk people knew my name each time I came in before I ever gave it.

I purchased the new denture wearers plan where you get one set of Dentures when your teeth are first pulled. They are the economy teeth.
Wonderful job. Family commented that they can’t distinguish between these dentures and my original teeth.
The 1star off is for the long wait. That said making dentures is a process so to me it makes total sense but a lot of people in the waiting room didn't seem to see it like I did. If your not patient that is something to consider. I have no idea how long it takes other places but I have a feeling it's not a really quick process other dentist offices either.
My mother purchased a full set of dentures here and she had a bad experience. First of all, the dentures do not fit her gums; they were much larger and as I had a conversation with someone else in the waiting area and they said the same thing. The top and bottom teeth do not meet evenly and they are too tall also. She could not eat and her mouth was very sore due to the fit puncturing her, which was very painful. When we called to ask for an appointment to have the dentures adjusted, we had to go through holy h to get her back in, as the receptionist stated that they did not have any available appointment in less than a month. After staying on the phone and being very adamant and persistent we were given an appointment 5 days in the future. Although they did some adjustments and it seemed to be better, later the dentures were causing pain again. When I called to request another appointment for adjustments, we were given the same run around regarding the scheduling. If you are looking for quality and good service, please try somewhere else. This is not where you want to go.
When I needed adjustments (or the repair), I was able to be gotten in quickly and taken care of without breaking my wallet(all the adjustments I've had have been free!).
In all reality, I have gotten more compliments on my smile since I've been there than I've had with my natural teeth in over a decade.
No matter how complex my visit, the staff has always been friendly and helpful in providing and recommending the best possible care from check in to check out. I truly feel welcome and that all of my individual needs are addressed to the best of their ability.
Excellent job of fitting and taking impressions. Very nice staff. They gave assistance in getting the best price. Had initial issues of pain management primarily due to my lack of sensitivity to medications. Dr. Patrick recommended against full bottom dentures due to need to anchor bottom plate best. Excellent suggestion which has worked out best. They suggested and I selected the highest quality option package because it included all of the needed adjustment which was best in my case.
Every time I've been there, this site has been clean as a whistle-from the front door to the back door no matter how many people were there-and it does get full and many extractions are performed.
At the end of the year you receive another pair of dentures. Originally I choose the economy plus package. Along the way however I changed my mind and choose to upgrade. The staff were totally accommodating. Presently I'm still waiting for those as they are being made but yesterday I went in to have the process started.
I really think I'm going to love my teeth. I decided to get the ultimate fit and I'm really excited about receiving them. They are expensive but they're at the top of the line as the staff there said they're the Cadillac of dentures. If I wasn't able to afford the ultimate fit Dentures there were four other selections I could have made each varying in quality, color and how much input you have for your dentures. If I couldnt have gotten the ultimate fit at the end of the year I would have been perfectly happy with the economy denturges. I got lots of compliments on my first teeth. They look better than the teeth I had all of my life.
